User Requirements

Kenson implements strategies in the cryptocurrency industry whereby customers of Kenson are able to utilize Kenson’s knowledge, foresight, and strategies to acquire, hold, and transfer cryptocurrency assets. All users, as a condition of accessing and using the website and materials, acknowledge and agree that they are using the Kenson tool solely for lawful purposes, and that no unlawful dealings are being facilitated through the use of the site. Kenson retains the right to disable any account or deny any user access to the materials or the website for a violation of the preceding sentence, or for any reason or no reason at all in Kenson’s sole discretion.

Kenson hereby expressly disclaims any liability, and the user agrees that Kenson shall not be liable, for any loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense related to or connected to the user’s use of or reliance on this website or its contents. Kenson hereby reserves the right to amend or add to these terms of privacy and conditions of use in its discretion. In the event of such an amendment or addition, Kenson will post notice of the change or addition, as applicable, and a description of the same on our website at least fifteen (15) days prior to the effective date of the amendment or addition. If we have been authorized to share emails with you, we will also send an email to the address we have describing the change.


Kenson shall not be liable for any damages of any kind for any loss or expense suffered by any user in connection with the use of this website including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

Jurisdiction and Venue

User hereby consents and submits to jurisdiction in the state of South Carolina for any dispute arising under the use of the site or the terms of this agreement. User hereby consents that venue for any such dispute may be in York County, South Carolina.
